    4. Select\u00a0Microsoft Exchange, POP3, IMAP or HTTP<\/strong>\u00a0and click on\u00a0Following<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n
    5. Activate the option\u00a0Manually configure server options or type of additional servers<\/strong>\u00a0and click on\u00a0Following<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n
    6. Select\u00a0Internet Email<\/strong>\u00a0and click on\u00a0Following<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      2003 versions<\/h3>\n

      4. Select server type\u00a0P.O.P.<\/strong>\u00a0either\u00a0IMAP<\/strong>\u00a0(our recommendation is to use\u00a0P.O.P.<\/em>) and click on\u00a0Following<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Once on the data screen to configure the account, the following additional steps must be applied for all versions of Outlook<\/em><\/p>\n

        • You must fill out the server data and email account data like the following example (the location of fields may vary depending on the version of Outlook):

        • Go to the tab\u00a0Outbound server<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0and fill in the data as the following recommendation:

        • Go to the tab\u00a0Advanced<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0and activate the following fields and ports (example is with\u00a0P.O.P.<\/em>)

        • Configure the delivery section to suit your needs (if the delivery option is NOT enabled\u00a0Leave a copy of messages on the server<\/strong>\u00a0once delivered in the email client, they cannot be viewed on another device or email client and only the emails will remain locally)
